Account not yet activated

Hi

I created an account today (7 hours ago) but it says this "Account not yet activated". However I do not receive an activated email so I can't activated my account. What can I do ?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your activation. If you have not received a call or email within 30 minutes of placing an order, the confirmations team may have had difficulty in getting in touch with you. You can certainly reach out to them directly (phone, email, or chat) and they will be happy to confirm and activate your account.
