I created a new account and made the payment three days ago, but my account still is not activated ?

Hello,

As each account needs to be manually reviewed, sometimes additional details are required. I see that our confirmations team has sent several emails to the email account that you signed up with to confirm your account. If you respond with the requested information, they will be happy to activate your account for you.

I can't seem to find any mails received from support@webhostinghub.com. Are you have sent to my correct email address.

Hello KolevDarko,

Sorry you don't see any emails for confirmation. Make sure that you are checking your spam/junk folders. Unless you provide us details on your account we are unable to determine who you are on the list. You are welcome to re-contact our billing department via email, phone or chat in order to check on your hosting account.
