Canceling my domain instead of renewing
How can I cancel my domain? I got an email about auto-renewing it, and I do not wish to do this. I do not want to be charged for another year.

Hello, Thank you for your question. All of our domains are set to auto-renew, however if you wish to have a domain expire instead you may do so. To do that, please contact our Live Billing team and they can take care of that for you. You can find out more information on this in our article on cancelling a domain.
