I am sorry to hear that you are unable to login to the Builder. In general, the easiest way to fix this is to reset the password as you have already attempted. However, if you are unable to make the reset work, then the best thing that you can do is to contact live technical support to have your password reset for the Builder. Make sure that you are using the correct user ID for logging in to the Builder - it is NOT the same as your AMP login. The contact information for live technical support can be found at the bottom of this page. We are unable to reset the Builder password in Community Support.
