How Do I Get a Refund of Auto-Renewal Charge?

Webhostinghub has sent me an email, telling me they have automatically charged my account. I need this reversed, as I don't want automatic-renewal. I've sent emails, but they haven't confirmed that yet. This is the only company I have ever come across that automatically charges its customers each year without any notice. I'm wondering if they do this just to help the bottom line (because most people won't make the effort to get them to reverse the charges).

So, my question is: can anyone here let me know how to get this reversal done? If you have a direct email to someone, that would be fantastic. Thanks in advance.
