Thank you for contacting us. Sorry to hear you want to cancel. If the option you are using to build your site is too difficult, keep in mind we offer many other options (over 280).

Of the many options, I consider Concrete5 the easiest. It can be easily installed wIth 1-click, and we have a full Education Channel with walk-through guides.

Many people are able to successfully get websites up within a day.
