SO FRUSTRATED!! THIS IS TRY NUMBER THREE just to get my questions answered!! This Hub has become SO USER UNFRIENDLY that I am looking for a new web host. This whole site has changed and it is much much much too complicated for the amateur web site maker!!! I can't get to where I need to be just to make a few minor changes on my site. I have wasted two days trying and I am DONE!

We sincerely apologize for your delay, however the Customer Community only operates on normal office business hours of 8am to 9pm EDT. This was also a normal holiday weekend for offices. Our Live Support team, however, operates 24/7 365 days per year by email, phone or chat. They are more than capable of answering a question such as this one for you if time is of the essence.
