@Arnel: I don't have 4 sites hosted, I have 4 addon domains. Of which 2 are purely empty and does not have even 1 file in it. What do you mean by older servers? I didn't selected the servers myself.

@Jacob: Why do 'you recommend to optimize the wordpress when you know I don't have any visitors the most time I spent is in the Admin Panel, and no module will optimize the admin panel for me. Yes I was logged in Admin Panel during 6/28-6/30 but only for 2-3 hours not more than that.

In Wordpress blog I didn't have any images uploaded just a simple plain blog with 1 post. In Prestashop again have no images with the products yet uploaded. But on 6/28 I uploaded some logos thats it. But after that day no uploading is done. Even if you suggest me to optimize my websites it does not make any sense since my websites are currently at initial stage and very simple. Just 7-8 products in Prestashop and 1post in wordpress and very less uploading showed that I am using high resources that's just purely incorrect. The interesting part is the resource continuously shows that I am using more than Spark hosting which I understand would the part of WHH policy to force users to upgrade.

I am going for full refund, since its just the start of my websites, 2 simple websites no visitors and no high admin panel use and I know myself I haven't done anything that cause high resource usage. I don't want to be the part of this fake resource usage log to force me to upgrade. Thank you for your time.
