Our Systems team is currently testing a fix for the Awstats issue. This should greatly improve the speed at which it runs for a serer and ensure all accounts on a server get updated.
In the meantime, our Live Support Team can certainly run awstats for your individual account. To do so, you would need to contact our support department at firstname.lastname@example.org with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
