Can't log into CPanel

When Itry to log onto my Cpanel it just says redirecting and then nothing

Hello Ndrakoln,

Sorry to hear you're having problems with the cPanel login. I am unable to duplicate the issue. Can you provide the exact URL that you're using so that we can take a look at it? You can always use your server ## to get to the cPanel as well. You can also log into cPanel through the Account Management Panel (AMP).

An example of the format for using the server name would be:

whub##.webhostinghub.com/cpanel

You would replace the '##' with the server number. I hope this helps! Let us know if you still need help and we'll be glad to provide further assistance.

This was not a best answer, clicked wrong button - I'm in Amp - click the "work in your control Panel" button, complete the cp username and password and it displays "webpage not available".

This is what the issue is when I use chrome and firefox.

So I get this "redirecting" message for way too long and then it tsays "webpage not available"

Sorry for the continuing login issues. Did you try the other methods I listed above? I tried to call you and walk you through the issue, but I only got an answering machine. The problem is that I cannot get into your AMP account without you sharing the password with me. You mentioned above that it was happening in two different browsers - is it working in any other browser?

We need a little more information so that we can troubleshoot the issue. If you're okay with sharing the login information, please do so through email to docs@webhostinghub.com. Make sure that you put "COMMUNITY SUPPORT" in the Subject line so that we can get the email. Do not place any login information on this website as it is open to the public.
