When i connect to http://domain/cpanel I am prompted with a login. I enter my user/pass and am redirected to secure21.webhostinghub.com:2083 but with an error: Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.

This appears to only happen using Chrome and Firefox. Connecting with IE 9 works fine. My company has recently added 'Sonicwall' filtering to our traffic, though nothing is being logged as blocked.

Hello MikeSRS,

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into cPanel in Chrome and Firefox. We're not seeing reports from other users with this type of issue, so this would point to an issue outside of the server. Did the error appear only after the installation of Sonicwall? If so, please try one of the cPanel proxies in those browsers:

cpanel.yourdomain.com

cpanel.secure##.webhostinghub.com

The ## after secure should be replaced with your server number (e.g. cpanel.secure21.webhostinghub.com).

Please let us know if this resolves the issue or if you have any additional questions.

Regards,

Christi N.
