Thank you for your question. I checked on your server and I am not aware of any issues over the last week.
On some networks they block ports, which can stop you from accessing cPanel. To rule this out, try accessing cPanel on the standard internet port (80), by going to:
cpanel.domain.com (Be sure to use your actual domain)

I recommend performing a Ping/Tracert test next time this occurs to help us troubleshoot the issue.
