I want to use a cron job to run a php file every day. What command do I use to run the php file?

Hello XtremeCookiez, and thanks for your question.

You would call PHP directly and then specify the location of the PHP script that you'd like to have your cron job run.

It would look something like this:

php -q /home/username/public_html/scriptName.php
