Full Backup Restore

I made a full backup of my site and I need it restored because I tried to update it and it didn't go well. I can't seem to get it to restore. How do I get it to work?

Hello Billhc83,

Thank you for your question. You can restore a partial backup in cPanel, however we would have to assist you with restoring a full backup.
