Everytime I try to login to cpanel I keep getting redirected to a login page (blank with a blue and white login form) that keeps telling me my password is incorrect. This page is really slow to load. I've tried resetting my password and this sometimes gets me in but not always.

Blevez,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with the reset of your password. The support center unfortunately is not the best place to address this issue because it is available to the public, and your password should be secure and private. it sounds like you've done it already, but you can review the process to reset your cPanel password in Account Management Panel (AMP). Otherwise, the best way to handle this is to contact our live technical support team. They can change it immediately for you and make the change both securely and privately. You can find their contact information at the bottom of this page, or by going to this link.

If you have any further questions or require further assistance, please let us know.

Kindest regards,
Arnel C.

The reset of the password is not the problem. The system just simply won't let me log in,

Hello blevez,

I tested and was able to login to your cPanel successfully using the latest versions of: Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.

We are happy to assist you, but would need more specific information to replicate the error, such as: what type of browser you are using, and what version.

Sometimes the ports are blocked by your network, try accessing cPanel via port 80 by navigating to:
http://cpanel.domain.com (be sure to use your actual domain)

Also, make sure you are using the correct cPanel username.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,
