My site (http://www.thamalugroup.com/) is currently not working. cpanel also not working. what may be the problem?

Hello thamalu,

Thank you for contacting us. Your website is loading when I check it now, but here is some background information on what has been occurring:

The server that houses your account has been failed to alternate hardware and backups that were taken about 48 hours ago. You may see some older versions of your website for the time being. We are working to restore this to the previous hardware, and we expect this to be completed within the next 24 hours.
