I installed WordPress and other programs into my cPanel. Under by Top Applications panel, all the software has disappeared, except for a link to AutoInstaller.

I guess I can reload the software, but (before I really start using these programs) what happened to WordPress and the other software?

After searching the question, I tried Softaculous to find Word Press. All I am seeing is a blank screen. Same with Auto-Installer.

OK, so I understand where WordPress is now. I suppose this is the way I will have to find it in the future?

Also, I will be using WordPress as more of a static page than a blog. Will this will be okay to do?

Now WordPress will not let me log in, and has now blocked my account!

Hello mikethe8,

The issue you are seeing is across multiple accounts. It appears that it is a script issue that occurred when updating the softaculous on the server. Feel free to click on the auto Installer link and it will take you to the Softaculous program. There you will be able to find the programs listed in their categories on the left hand sidebar.

The issue with the missing icons is being addressed by our Systems team.

Best Regards,
Scott M

Hello miketh8,

The issue is that you have the wordpress to allow access from a single IP address. Renaming the .htaccess file or adjusting the IP address will allow you to get into the wp-admin area.

Best Regards,
