Can't connect to MySQL because of many connection errors

Here is the message I am getting when I try to connect:
Host 'ehub41.webhostinghub.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

This is my first attempt to connect locally from the server. Connections from remote machines work correctly.

Thank you for your question. If you are running the script from your server, you should use: localhost for the hostname.
