Hi,

During a site migration I inadvertently created two databases through phpmyadmin that I now need to drop. They do NOT appear in cpanel and the SQL command returns an error message that I can't drop the DBs. Any thoughts on how to correct the situation? Thanks.

Hello lehler,

This is something that is not available for the end user as it should be able to be done via the cPanel. Our Live Support team, however, can assist with removing the databases for you.

To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

Best Regards,
Scott M
