I am hosting my wordpress website with you but my domain is purchased elsewhere. I recently moved the domain to your server, however only a portion of the site is loading. The temp location shows the complete site but on the live version nothing past the header is available.

What can I do to get this active asap as the site is now down.

Regards,
Darren

Hello BehindtheThemes,

When visiting your site using both URLS, I see your entire website. Was the issue worked out?

If not, we will need a bit more information. Specifically, I will need to know what browser you are using, or if it occurs across multiple browsers. Also, if you can include a screenshot, that would be helpful. Does it occur with both the domain name and the temp URL? Or just one.

You can send that information to docs@webhostinghub.com. As we do not actively monitor that email address, be sure to leave a comment here so we know the information was sent.

Best Regards,
Scott M
