While it can normally take up to 24 hours for full propagation, I did see that the DNS server did not have the domain listed. I have pushed the domain again from the server and it should be available within the next 30 minutes.
Should it not appear, you will want to contact our support department at email@example.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
