When you update DNS records or name servers, those changes can typically take 24-48 hours to fully propagate across the Internet.
It looks like the problem you're currently having is that you've pointed the (A)ddress DNS record for your website directly at our name server's IP of [126.96.36.199].
What you actually need to do is update your (NS) name server records at your domain Registrar to use our name servers, then our name servers will spit back the IP address of the web server that hosts your website files. If you've already done this, it might still be in the process of propagating over.

You can also test your website with the temporary URL while waiting for the DNS settings to propagate.
