New account-domain name not availalble

So we setup a new account yesterday, new domain name etc, was able to setuo email and install some things like Joomla for CMS...I can send out email from webclient fine....but it looks like the new domain name isn't live yet (incoming email addressed to domain, and the website url come back as unknown)...I know they say 12-24 hours....but my last few have taken about 12 and I'm at about 20 hours since setup...just stay patient or could something be up? thx

Hello paulav,

Thank you for contacting us. Even though we state up to 24 hours, it is usually much faster. I did check and found a glitch with the registrar account. That has been corrected. Again, please allow up to 24 hours, but in all likelihood you will see the domain take effect within the next few hours.
