Sub Domains Not Propagating - Past 24hrs
My sub-domain click.myglassmat.com is not propagating I'm trying to install Posper202 on it. I didn't have this problem with my blog.myglassmat.com sub domain. Please help. Thanks.

Solved: I had to replicate DNS setting in CPanel to my BigCommerce store. Simple.

Hello Mracarpenter, Sorry for your initial problem! Glad to hear that you resolved almost immediately. Remember that some propagation issues for DNS may require some time to resolve. This is usually not the case, but at most it may take up to 24 hours. If it takes longer than that, then you should contact live technical support so that they can make sure that subdomain is properly updating. If you have any further questions, please let us know!
