Hi there

An obvious question I'm sure, but an important one for me - I can't get to my site. Registered using my own domain name yesterday, installed wordpress through fantastico (about 24 hours ago) but I'm still not seeing my site.

wanderism.co.uk

I'm entirely new to this sort of thing so there's almost certainly something basic I'm missing - does anyone know what it is? My friend set up a wordpress site for me a few years ago, hosted it etc, so my involvement in technical bits was minimal; now I have to set it up I don't really know how, so any help is much appreciated.

Andy (:

Hello Andy,

I'm sorry you're having trouble seeing your new site. While the domain is registered, it has not yet been pointed to our Nameservers. You will want to contact your registrar and have the domain pointed to our Nameservers:

ns1.webhostinghub.com
ns2.webhostinghbu.com

Once Nameservers are updated, please allow 4-24 hours for DNS to propagate and the change to completely take effect.

If you need to use your new WordPress site before DNS has fully propagated, please see our article on using WordPress through your temporary URL

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
