and noticed you have private registration so you will need to have access to your private email(email@example.com) to proceed with the transfer.
If you are registered through Melbourne IT already (yahoo and others use them), you can transfer immediately using the registration key.
After you update your private registration to a valid email address, I would recommend contacting live tech support, so you can provide your private key, and they can try to transfer manually.
