I have a domain (www.lowerleaguescout.com) and I need to forward it to my new domain (www.footballleaguescout.com). I can't find out how to do it on my cPanel, but I can change all details of my footballleaguescout.com domain?

I understand how to do the forwarding but just cant find any access to www.lowerleaguescout.com.
