Dreamweaver connection issues

I am having trouble connecting to the server through dreamweaver, even though I used all of the information from the tutorial. I am using cs4. Is there a setting I need to change in my account to connect? What could be going on? I think it is a problem with my cPanel login. I reset my password, and it still says it is incorrect.

Thank you for your question. Often this occurs when you have a newly registered domain name (less than 24 hours old). Newly registered domains can take up to 24 hours to be fully functional. You can use the server name from your Temp URL instead.

To find your Temp URL, simply log into your AMP account and select the Details link under Technical Details. Your Temp URL will look something like:

http://ehub##.webhostinghub.com/~username

You will only want to use the ehub##.webhostinghub.com part of the Temp URL for the FTP address in Dreamweaver.
