Unable to connect to Email Setup

I am logged onto the AMP website and when I select the "Setup Email" option it will not connect to that option. It simply says it has timed out.

Hello SSmith7,

You should be able to access your cpanel via your domain name in the format: YourDomainName.com/cPanel (replacing YourDomainName.com with your actual domain name) From there, find the Mail category. I have a link to an article on setting up emails for you to follow as well.

I did notice, however, that your domain name did not register properly during signup. I have corrected that and it should be active within the next couple of hours, enabling you to get into the cpanel.

If you are still having timeout issues either via the AMP or the direct cpanel connection, please contact our support department (open 24/7) so they can assist you and get any specific details. You should not be timing out when trying to access that section.
