I am concerned because I think one of our email address is being blocked as spam. I am sending a number of emails to clients from the info@genealogylookup.com that people are not receiving. If you have any suggestions, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Hello Jeniann,

In checking the email server logs for that email address, I do not see any failed deliveries or anything returned as spam. This means the remote servers have accepted the mail, but they may be doing something with it within their own spam prevention procedures.

I am happy to check for any particular email addresses or domains if you like, or even send a test message and track it, but once it is received by the remote server, I will not see any further information from that side of things.

You can send the specific information to docs@webhostinghub.com Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. As we do not actively monitor that address, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent.

Best Regards,
Scott M
