Second time this month,someone want to install something of word-press to my web site,and now it's not working.Can you tell me what is going one and can you help me?

Thank you for your question. If it was a plugin they installed, our guide on troubleshooting Wordpress plugins may help you get your site back up.

If it was not a plugin they installed, what was installed? Was it a theme?

Are you getting errors? What is the full error?

Can you provide a link to the site, so we can see, and replicate the problem?
