I am unable to access my email account, and when I send an email to it it bounces back.

Hello Cristina382,

Although you have set up email accounts here on your hosting account, the domain name is still pointing to the GoDaddy servers. You will want to point the domain name to our nameservers for the emails to work. I have an article for you that shows you how to make the changes at GoDaddy.
