I'm sorry you were having trouble with email. Generally, when you are having trouble with email and and there is a bounce back (message others were receiving that email wouldn't go through) you would want to forward that bounce back to email@example.com so that our Support Team can review and advise. In your case, it looks like your domain had expired and was not pointed to our Nameservers. While looking into this for you, I see that your domain has been renewed at your registrar and the domain is now pointed to our Nameservers. Please allow 4-24 hours for email to work properly as their may be DNS propagation involved.
