returned email analyzer query

After following instructions to use the analyser, It is unable to help due to the returned email not having the required line ----this is a copy of.....etc etc
How am I able to analyze the returned email? thank you

Hello,

Sorry for the issues with using the returned email analyzer. The reason it's probably not working is because the email you copied in does not have all of the required text. Please review the instructions included with the tool in order to use it properly. If you are unable to get results from the tool then you can always submit the email with a verified support ticket from the Account Management Panel (AMP). We need the headers of the email in order to properly identify why it's not working.
