I cannot log in to one of my e-mail accounts using roundcube

Hello,
I have been getting the following message since two days ago for one of my e-mails (xash@xash.me):
"DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!

Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator."

How can I retrieve my e-mail back?

Hello Xenoash,

Thank you for your question, sorry to hear you are experiencing webmail problems. As a test I created a new email address in your account, and was able to login and test it successfully.

It may have been caused by a momenatry issue, but that should not last for 2 days.

Are you still experiencing issues as this time?

If yes, try clearing your browser cache, and logging into Webmail again.

If your problems continue, please provide additional information, such as the steps you are taking when experience the error.
