I recently transferred my domains to Web Hosting Hub and now Apple Mail won't access my mail. I have checked the settings multiple times to no avail. I also checked thru the webmail client Horde and (just like Apple Mail) it shows nothing any more recent than August 30th.

Hello ameritrash73,

Thank you for your question. I performed a whois lookup for the domains that your have created email accounts for, and both domains expired with godaddy several weeks ago.

When a domain expires, godaddy points the nameservers back to them. This causes your email to no longer work, since it is not resolving to our servers.

I recommend renewing these domains with their registrar, then pointing them back to our Nameservers.

Then after you allow 24 hours for propagation, the email should resume working.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul

I was under the impression that I had transferred my domains to you guys long ago. Am I not paying Web Hosting Hub for my domains?

Hello ameritrash73,

It looks like only one of your domain names beginning with redcarpet is currently under our control. You can login to AMP to review your account billing details to verify this.

Any other domains that you might have hosted with us on your account, but not registered through us, would need to be renewed at the Registrar you registered them at. Or a domain transfer would need to be initiated for them to move them into our control to renew for you.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
