Ares will not connect. My platform is Windows 7 professional.

Hello JoseLeme,

Sorry for the problems. Can you provide more information about your account? When I try to look up anything about your website on our system, I find nothing. Since your domain is managed by GoDaddy, it's possible that their DNS settings are still pointing to our server for mp3hitmachine.com. However, there is no website on that server by that name. We would need more information in order to find an account and provide further support.

What information do you need?; when I downloaded the Ares, I was not open "window" for DNS settings.

Hello JoséLeme,

It would seem that the website mp3hitmachine.com has its IP address pointed at our server, but there is no account associate it with it.

We don't have your email address on file either. You might want to submit a ticket about this issue if you're a customer of ours.

I'm not sure what the Ares is that you downloaded. You'll want to explain that a little more either here or in your ticket so we can help you out.
