cant receive or send mails with my email. I did the settings but still not working

Hello,

Thank you for your question about not being able to send or receive emails. What email program are you using to try and send and receive email? What device is this on? What email address is having this problem? Are you getting any error messages? If so, what errors are you getting? We have some troubleshooting steps for trouble receiving mail, and some troubleshooting steps for sending mail in our Help Center.
