Inform them that the contact form no longer works after migration to our service. Issue has to do with the way the form is set up and the servers it is set up to use. Technical support is unable to find this information in the Wordpress dashboard.
Sorry to hear about the form issue. I actually did try to call you to get some detail about the contact form, but no one picked up. Can you give us a little detail about how you setup your contact form? I've looked in your WordPress admin, and I'm unable to find where you setup the form. Is it part of Woocommerce? Or part of the theme? If you're using a plugin, you may need to simply re-configure it so that it uses our mail server, now that you're using our hosting service.

Finally found the issue! The contact us form is coming from the EDIT PAGE section (the -CONTACT US page). I went to the page, and found the EDIT button for the form (scrolling down on the contact us form page). There was no email address in there. So I added your info email address. Then tested it. As soon as I updated the form and tested it, I could see that it was working!
