Thank you for your question. We have an article that explains what to do if an email is returned. Essentially there are many reasons an email can bounce, and they must be handled on a case-by-case basis.
I looked up the error and it is somewhat vague, so we need to review the entire bounce message. You can forward bounced emails to Live support at: email@example.com for review in the future, which creates a ticket.
