Hotmail has blocked our mail servers.

The WHH mail server has been blacklisted for some reason. This affects any emails send to Hotmail, or to anyone whose ISP uses Hotmail. Here is the bounce message:

SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<me@myhost.com> SIZE=1743:
host 246620674.pamx1.hotmail.com [65.54.188.78]:
550 SC-001 (BAY004-PAMC1F5) Unfortunately, messages from 192.145.238.196 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

WHH needs to track down which blacklist we are on and get us off. I have already submitted a ticket to WHH support; I am reposting here in case they scan this forum. Thanks guys!

Thank you for contacting us regarding a returned email. Submitting a ticket to Tech Support with the returned email message is the right step.

They will review and correct the problem, then email you once it is resolved.

Have you found an answer to this? I have two email accounts thru MS Outlook, the free service like Hotmail, and the account that is not receiving emails is the one hosted by Web Hosting Hub. Can you help me right away? This is my business account! Thank you. Carie

Hello AGirlNamedTBone,

This question is about possible blacklisting, not about Outlook not receiving emails. Are you getting bouncebacks like this as well? If so, you can send those to our Live Support team and they can take a look.

For other issues regarding Outlook, you will need to ensure your email settings are correct and that Outlook is connecting to your server properly.
