I'm sorry to hear about your email issues. The information that you provided with your question is very vague, unfortunately. So, I will need to guess at a few things. Are you trying to login with a specific email address? Or are you trying to use the admin login? Make sure that you are using a specific login. You can can always go to a specific email account in the cPanel and then click on WEBMAIL in the far right column. For further information, review the articles about logging into webmail. As long as you know the password you will be able to login to that account. IF the account is full, then you will not be able to access it. However, you can change the quota in the cPanel.
