Mail not being received by clients with aol accounts

We have had this problem too many times....all of our emails that we have sent to our members are not being received by those who have an aol email account. The server at Web Hosting Hub is not trusted and aol says it has a high spam record...I need our mail (ONCE AGAIN) to be fixed.

Hello, and thanks for your question.

It appears that you have an email autoresponder setup on your account. This could be causing excessive amounts of messages to leave our mail server to AOL.com accounts, which in turn could be causing them to temporarily blacklist our mail server IP address.

I see a lot of mail attempts that have gone out to AOL.com accounts without any issues today from your server. If you are receiving any bounce-back messages that include an error saying our IP is blacklisted or has a high spam record, please submit a ticket so that our system administration team can review this issue for you.
