Moving email account from IMH to HUB

I transferred my domain jvwebstudio.com from Inmotion Hosting to webhostinghub.com, but the email account jack@jvwebstudio.com is still on IMH. If you can, please help me to move the whole email account over to HUB, otherwise, please fix the email accounts of the domain. Thanks

How are you accessing your email? Through webmail? Through an email application like Outlook or Mac Mail? When they perform the transfers for the account, all of your files are transferred - which includes your email files. I confirmed this by reviewing your files. The transfer of your website was completed correctly and the internal settings (regarding DNS) are also correct. I checked both the files and DNS settings in order to verify that the appropriate changes have been completed. It's possible that your mail client settings are not set correctly for that email account. Here's a list of all your possible settings:

POP Settings
Username: Your full email address, for example info@jvwebstudio.com
Incoming Server (normal): mail.jvwebstudio.com Port: 110
Incoming Server (SSL secure): secure32.webhostinghub.com Port: 995
Outgoing Server (normal): mail.jvwebstudio.com Port: 25 or 587
Outgoing Server (SSL secure): secure32.webhostinghub.com Port: 465

IMAP Settings
Username: Your full email address, for example info@jvwebstudio.com
Incoming Server (normal): mail.jvwebstudio.com Port: 143
Incoming Server (SSL secure): secure32.webhostinghub.com Port: 993
Outgoing Server (normal): mail.jvwebstudio.com Port: 25 or 587
Outgoing Server (SSL secure): secure32.webhostinghub.com Port: 465
