Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the email password. Bear in mind that all answers on this forum are public, so we can't really post or reset your password here. You will need to either login to your cPanel in order to reset your email password or call in to the live technical support team, verify your account (with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the AMP password), and then have the support team reset your password.
