I'm not sure how you were saving your Spam Assassin settings, but I tested it here (with your account) and it was definitely working. I changed to 4 to make it more aggressive (the lower the setting the less it takes to mark an email as spam). I also activated your Email Authentication settings. I did not change your AutoDelete settings. You may want to lower this to delete messages. The one thing to consider is that it may possibly delete legitimate email. Please review your settings and then get back to is if the problem persists.
