530 Login authentication failed

same issue, although i have changed nothing. The only difference is this is the first time i used my FTP program(filezilla) since moving to a different city. I am, by the way an American in New Zealand. I moved from Tapanui to Dunedin. Same internet provider, same router, same computer, same program, same login, no changes. tried the configure wizard over and over with different settings. It still won't work.
