Any way to allow multiple FTP logins at once?
I'm trying to use my new site, ctis131.com, to teach a class in HTML and web design. We ran into a snag today - the students were not able to log in during class because they got a "Too many logins from this IP address" error. Is there a way around this? Can you change the settings on this site to allow multiple logins? I have 19 people in the class, and I have given them all separate FTP accounts on the site. I was hoping to have them log in and edit pages during class.

Hello Dave Dobson, Per your question, I went and asked about the issue with a Tier2c tech to see if they could bend the rule or at least change it for you. And unfortunately due to security and performance issues they cannot accommodate you, so our apologies. Part of this has to do with prevention of Denial of Service attacks. If you were coming from multiple IP addresses, then it would not be an issue. You may need to try breaking it down to a few logins at a time. Ten is the limit per IP (when I asked our systems team).
