I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with uploading files. I logged into your account, and tested uploading files with no issue. I was also prompted to overwrite a duplicate file in my test and it worked okay. I am unsure as to the file and location you're trying to upload, but it might related to that file/folder rights or security settings. If you can please specify where this issue is happening, or provide some details you are making this happen, then we can continue with troubleshooting the issue. If you do not wish to share that information on the Support Center, then please email/call/chat with live Technical support and they can handle the matter privately.
