I have a programmer who is installing a few wordpress sites for me. He says he is getting this error when attempting to install the last site (the other 2 went fine). Can you look into this and let me know what the problem is? Thanks

"the websites have been installed with the exception of
VIDEOGAMESHELPBLOG.COM because when trying to setup the add on domain it
gives the following error:

Error from domain wrapper: videogameshelpblog.ratesforautoloans.com is
owned by another user.

please ask your host about this and let me know once fixed we can
complete the install of this site too

Thanks,
Michelle

Hi Michelle,

I'm sorry you're having trouble creating your Addon domain. Occasionally cPanel has an issue with DNS such as this and will show this error. Usually adding the domain as a Parked domain and then removing it will "reset" the DNS, allowing you to continue with the creation of your Addon domain. However, in this case, I tried that work around and still received the same error. Our Systems Team was able to resolve this issue for you and videogameshelpblog.com is now set up as an Addon domain in cPanel.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
